Property Rental Qualifications and Requirements We require that all applicants meet or exceed the minimum income guidelines set forth for the property. Applicants must provide proof of income, which can include pay stubs and bank statements to verify deposits, or tax returns along with current profit & loss statements for self-employed individuals. In certain cases, proof of sufficient funds to maintain the rental agreement may be requested. Employment longevity or industry stability will be considered as part of the application review process.
